While you’re busy planning, let me answer questions as they arise and organize all the details in a document that includes a custom timeline with specifics for your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. I’ll take the time to perfect this together with you, ensuring it aligns with your ideas and vision. Once it’s final, I‘ll connect with your vendors and share your document and timeline, as needed, so that everyone is on the same page.

When your wedding day arrives, I provide coordination of your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. I would love to use my extensive years in the wedding industry to assist you with all the details you’re working hard to put together, so you can relax and enjoy your wedding day!

Consultation Services:

-Provide insight on wedding traditions, etiquette, & current wedding trends as requested.

-Need recommendations for amazing local vendors? I’ve got them!

-Guide design & decor ideas and flow of events as requested

-Email/phone communication to assist with vendor questions & services as requested

-Up to two approximately 1.5-hour in-person meetings or phone calls for planning purposes, including wedding details & plans (additional meetings that last more than approximately 20 minutes will be billed at my hourly rate)

-Emails & texts to review all wedding details and plans

-Detailed document with client information, vendor information, & wedding details created/updated by the coordinator & reviewed and approved by the client

-Detailed itinerary timeline based on the clients’ vision, ideas, & plans for the rehearsal, ceremony, an& reception

-Layout Consultation as needed

-Liaison & contact with all vendors (as necessary) 1-2 weeks before the wedding

-Liaison with all vendors on the day of the wedding

-Specific set-up for ceremony, cocktails, & reception

-Coordination of the rehearsal, ceremony, & reception

-Access to a team of coordinators if needed: Review this with me if you are interested in this option

-Access to my curated Amazon Storefront (currently in progress)

-Detailed invoice sent 1-2 days after your wedding

Rehearsal:

-Set up

-Coordination of processional

-Coordination of recessional

-Consultation throughout rehearsal

Ceremony:

- Liaison with all vendors

-Placement of all signage & all decor

-Pinning & distribution of personal flowers

-Placement of reserved markers

-Assist the clients

Cocktail Hour & Reception:

-Placement of all signage & decor

-Placement of engagement photo/framed display

-Placement of cake knife, server, & toasting flutes

-Coordination of exit flare (flower petals, confetti, lavender, sparklers)

A La Carte Services:

-Planning a destination wedding? Ship items that you don’t want to haul across the country directly to my home in Bozeman! I will carefully examine & count items as needed & store them until you’re ready to have them in your possession for a one-time fee of $30.
