The Big Picture of My Services
We all know that wedding planning can be a bit overwhelming! While you are busy planning, let me answer questions as they come up and organize all of the details in a document that includes a custom timeline with details for your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. I will take time perfecting this together with you to match your ideas and vision. Once it is final, I connect with your vendors and share your document and timeline, as needed, so that everyone is on the same page. When your wedding day arrives, I provide coordination of your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. I would love to be able to assist you with all the details you are working hard to put together so that you can relax and enjoy your wedding day!
Consultation Services:
-Provide insight on wedding traditions, etiquette, and current wedding trends as requested.
-Provide guidance on design and decor ideas and flow of events as requested
-Email/phone communication to assist with vendor questions and services as requested

🗓️ Year-of/Month-of/Day-of Services
-Up to two approximately 1.5 hour in-person meetings or phone calls for planning purposes including wedding details and plans (additional meetings that last more than approximately 25 minutes will be billed my hourly rate)
-Month-of emails to review all wedding details and plans
-Detailed document with client information, vendor information, and wedding details created/updated by coordinator and reviewed and approved by the client
-Detailed itinerary timeline/layout (as necessary) based on the clients’ vision, ideas, and plans: -Detailed itinerary of rehearsal
-Detailed itinerary of ceremony
-Detailed itinerary of reception
-Liaison and contact with all vendors (as necessary) 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding
-Liaison with all vendors on the day of the wedding
-Specific set-up for ceremony, cocktails, and reception (services included attached)
-Coordination of rehearsal
-Coordination of ceremony
-Coordination of reception
-Assist the clients, wedding party, and family during the ceremony, cocktails, and reception
-Specific set-up for ceremony, cocktails, and reception
-Access to a team of coordinators if needed-review this with me if you are interested in this option

Rehearsal:
-Set up as needed
-Coordination of processional
-Coordination of recessional
Ceremony:
-Placement of programs
-Placement of guestbook and pen
-Placement of ceremony supplies (candles, sand, wine, etc.)
-Placement/distribution of selected scripture reading
-Pinning and distribution of personal flowers as needed
-Placement of votive candles as needed
-Placement of reserved markers for pews/chairs
-Placement of signage for transportation as needed

Cocktail/Reception:
-Placement of seating chart/place cards(more specific)/escort cards(less specific)
-Placement of menu cards
-Placement of framed/unframed signage for directional purposes (transportation, location of cocktails,
location of reception, bathrooms, etc.)
-Placement/display of gifts for guests
-Placement of engagement photo/framed display
-Placement of gift table decor
-Placement of guestbook and pen or other signing/marking/art
-Placement of car table decor
-Placement of cake knife, server, toasting flutes
-Placement of votives on tables and other designated locations
-Placement of exit flare (flower petals, confetti, lavender, sparklers-lets discuss if there is cleanup)

A La Carte Services:
-Planning a destination wedding? Ship items that you don’t want to haul across the country directly to my home in Bozeman! I will carefully examine & count items as needed & store them until you are ready to have them in your possession for a one-time fee of $30.
Prices on services listed below are determined on a case-by-case basis:
-Assemble Welcome Bags/Favors/Bathroom Baskets
-Return of tuxedos and any other rental items
-Dress Fitting Attendance
-Pick up/Deliver items to and from venue
-Bridal Shower/Rehearsal dinner Coordinator
-Calligraphy
-A 2nd Coordinator
